Aston Martin DBS Superleggera entered our studio recently for our ‘Front End’ PPF Kit and Gtechniq Ceramic Coating.
First up, was our signature 22 stage de-contamination process.
Brought straight inside our studio and blow dried, to remove standing water from badges, door shuts, wheels and gaps.
All the engine bay was cleaned and blow dried, including the carbon underside of the bonnet including fabric sound deadening pad.
The paintwork receiving PPF was then machine polished and prepped, including alcohol wiped to allow the PPF to adhere properly.
The Llumar Paint Protection Film was then pre cut, using our digital plotter. Every area was pre cut for this specific vehicle, including around the badges on the bonnet, headlights and bonnet badge. Not to mention the side wings, bumper, carbon splitter etc. Millimetre precision.
PPF installation underway…
Once all PPF was installed, the remaining panels which didn’t receive PPF were machine polished prior to the Gtechniq Ceramic Coating application.
The interior was all cleaned and protected also…
